we have never had this problem. it is not as if payment is sent in with just a check in an otherwise empty envelope. theres' the coupon stub portion in with it. also, when i read the next one to come, i thought what??? in suspended funds?? oh, i just need to call and let them know where it should have been placed. still wondering why suddenly they dont know?? but you call the number immediately, and 'let them know'. they understand and will place it. they didnt. why the area saying call, let us know, and we will place funds????? things roll fast these days. a search and i found that they did this to many. what good is bbb? many complaints with them with f rating. end result the complaints ive read ended in people losing the home. and rather quickly things progress, not really much time on the way of getting attention and the right help. over one payment, homes gone? at the same time, it had just gone down in payment. since taxes and insurance escrowed were lowered. things were actually looking easier for us. small amount to lose a home on. and we played no games. owe less on home than value. because we didnt take out against just because values went up. they know living paycheck to paycheck peple cannot just come up with additional mortgage payment. which could have been unsuspended and allocated correctly. they also know people these days cannot affor attorneys against giants like chase.
