we sent in a rounded up payment. have done so many times. ex: payment 1384.xx, send 1390.00. never had amount put into suspended funds because they couldnt figure out where to put it. the statement said they didnt know where to allocate. call this number and let us know where to place funds. i did. they understood where we wanted it. said theyd allocate. next statement doesnt reflect that they allocated it. shows that amount added in next statement as 'past due amount', and added to next. are you with chase? we've owned a home since 91. always rounded up payments, and was never a problem.
