Chase Mortgage - anyone else have trouble with them?

we make a payment to chase, who holds out mortgage loan. (like most everyones, not by choice, but mortgage loan sold to them) mortage payment is for set amount, of course. we rounded up a bit higher. have done it in the past, no problem. for years, in fact. we get a statement not reflecting the payment, and an area saying the amount of the last payment was set in suspended funds. please call customer care, tell them where to place funds. i did. they say because it wasnt amount of mortgage payment statement is why they didnt know where to put it. i told them, is to be applied to mortgage payment. next statement, after being told it is straightened out because i called like it said to, still shows not placed to mortgage loan payment. i am looking online, and theyve done exact same thing to numerous others? means, you show a mortgage payment, but lack of payment. they never fixed anything. they know people are living paycheck to paycheck. you have an extra amount of money laying around to the tune of the amount of your mortgage payment? you would have to because funds you sent once were never applied??? and they know people dont have $$ for attorneys. from what ive read, people have, and we will, lose our home over this. chase mortgage misallocated, misappropriates the money you sent, and you lose your home showing nonpayment. or at least showing it as amount owed because it was not applied. complaints identical to this are all over the internet, end result, loss of home. what can people do. you cant physically put what you sent them where they should have and wont. even after they say call, because they werent sure. you call, they say ok, and then didnt. and the paperwork is all there.
