NOTE: The city put out that the parade starts at 7pm, and later they put out taht it starts at sunset. I don't know which is correct- QUOTE from City News: " Annual Venice Holiday Parade Sat Nov 29th The annual holiday parade takes place in Venice on Saturday, Nov. 29th. Pre-parade activities begin at 5 p.m. The parade begins at 7 p.m. The parade route along West Venice Avenue, from U.S. 41 Business to The Esplanade, will be closed around 3 p.m. that day until after the parade is over. The parade may be viewed along West Venice Avenue, between Park Boulevard and Nokomis Avenue, and on Nokomis Avenue, from Venice Avenue to Turin Street. For more information about the parade, call 468-6665. "
