New High School SRO?

I am astonished at the content of the recent article naming the new Venice PD SRO (School Resource Officer) for Venice High School. Previous posts on this issue were informative but avoided shedding light on some real issues! First, the removal of the previous SRO is shady at best! This is an example of Chief Williams directing and condoning an IA (Internal Affairs Investigation) which at least smells of revenge by a Supervisor on a subbordinate? There should be documentation in the Supervisor's file to corrobortae this and further expose the motivation. If there really was a need for an investigation, Williams should have assigned a neutral non-biased party to investigate. Second, The previous SRO would have been recognized by most managemnt standards as going above and beyond in giving more work than required or requested, this extra work and not requesting pay or compensation was punished rather than praised, another example of Williams leading by fear and not by example! The quotes by Williams and her Administartive assistant McNulty are very encouraging to those who don't know better? The new SRO has been with VPD for many years, interestingly enough his own quotes only tell part of a story, yes he worked on the High School campus before becoming an Officer, what he did not divulge was an inappropriate relationship he developed with a High School student that continued after he was an Officer and married as well! McNulty had/has knowledge of this as there was an IA conducted by the previous VPD Administration, Williams apparently relied on Mcnulty's advise or review, she herself should check personnel files as this investigation is in this Officer's and Supervisor's file(s), or , if not in the file(s), we have a much bigger problem??
