My source inside city hall confirmed that at this Tuesday's council meeting the entire city council will resign. Each of them will openly apologize to Martin Black for all the trouble they have caused him. Martin Black has graciously agreed to be the new mayor. Black will appoint six new council members from his family. That means Venice will have the the first all black city council in its history.
