I am a neighbor of Mr. Osmulski. He has never taken the initiative to speak to me or has he ever taken the opportunity to return a wave or an acknowledgement. This holds true with most neighbors...I am not an exception. I understand he is arrogant and somehow becomes the puppet of the CQG. He is not a member of Golden Beach Assoc. and does not asociate with any of the neighbors. Why? That is the kind of guy he is. Why would anyone vote for him. Only the CQG would back him... Rob
