About You:

Focused and goal-oriented, you’re a strategic and analytical self-starter with affiliate and/or content marketing experience at an agency and/or high-growth D2C brand. Able to embrace ambiguity and move quickly, you leverage data to drive positive outcomes. You’re continually looking to grow and be challenged, and comfortable championing this team internally.

About the Role:

The Grown Brilliance team is growing and we’re looking for a fast and adaptable Affiliate Marketing Manager who is ready to hit the ground running with our fast-growing affiliate/partnership channel. This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company. Some of the duties will include and are definitely not limited to:

• Recruiting, negotiating, managing, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for Grown Brilliance and associated brands
• Achieve aggressive growth and efficiency targets on a monthly basis
• Create weekly and monthly reports to assess performance, partner activity and opportunities and present to management.
• Develop comprehensive optimization strategy to increase scale and efficiency through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution and cross-channel analysis.
• Collaborate with PR and Influencer marketing teams on marketing opportunities with CPA-driven publishers and content creators
• Collaborate with SEO team to optimize linking strategy
• Ensure workflow and processes are productive and efficient, adjusting when needed
• Handle day to day tasks in the network

Requirements

Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of affiliate marketing experience
• Ability to build reports and analyze data to provide to clients
• Ability to “think on your feet” and develop creative yet practical solutions to anticipated and unanticipated problems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with affiliate platforms/networks like Impact (preferred), Pepperjam or ShareASale
• Understanding of how other marketing activity affects affiliate programs and vice versa
• Understanding of different affiliate types and how to build a balanced brand program
• Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights, prioritize opportunities and take action
• Knowledge of G-suite & excel
• Must be inquisitive and proactive
• Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices
• Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV
